Last Saturday was truly memorable. I went for a Drill Instructor's course retest. There were a total of 4 candidates. Now I just need to complete my national projects & I'm ready to go!
Theory component: I actually came out tops for the theory test! 32/40!!!! Wow! It's indeed a miracle lorz!
Practical component: Super thankful for LQ's generosity and help. Without her extra remedial of drill sessions together with the other officers I won't have made it this far.
The drill in our company had been stagnant for quite sometime because most of us didn't do drill back in secondary school. Other than myself but I wasn't serious back then as such I could only recall the minimal steps of drill. And whenever I think of drill it's actually pretty scary because I hated it. But for the sake of the gals, when we heard of the DI test back in January we decided to sign up for it. Well..... at least we can tell our gals that we've tried OUR BEST. And from there on it was really no turning back.
This is really a wonderful lesson for myself. For the future challenges & obstacles I'm not going to analyze whether it's possible to be done or not. I will first GET OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE.
It's a holiday tomorrow! It's Good Friday! Yes I'm rejoicing cause tomorrow I can sleep late. However there's another good reason why I'm so excited about Good Friday. And the story goes this way
Jesus died on Friday & resurrected on Easter Sunday! Why must He die on a Friday and not on a Monday or Tuesday or Saturday???? Actually I'm not sure either. But I do know who Jesus died for. For you & for me. Can it be for real??? I don't even know Him but He knows who I am... you must be kidding. Well I'm not. He did. And it's all because He loves you! He is also God which is why He knows you even though you may not know Him yet.
Long story cut short. There's someone who loves you!!! And the holiday tomorrow is to remember His love for you. Wow! Do you believe? 
Initially I started this due to some work requirements. But really I'm someone who enjoys reading & writing. If you don't think so it's ok, you're probably from the rival fan club anyway. *evil grin
But now I'm just glad to be part of the group out there that promotes a healthy, wholesome blog. Nopes, I won't be blogging slanderous, shocking or dirty stuff -- I won't resort to that to gain viewership. I'm sure that my fans out there will understand. ahahhah! Nonetheless I lead a really interesting life so I should never run out of things to blog.
Jokes aside. The Internet is a public place. So there could be little children out there who accidentally stumble upon my blog. If I blog indecently I could be polluting their pure minds. The world is evil enough as it is. Let's breed kindness & goodness instead of adding on to the trash out there! Gimme a five!!!!
